In the following we will tell you what we do to ensure our apartments are clean and neat for our guests.
At Residence32 we prioritize good hygiene and want everything to be clean and neat for our guests. No one likes to stay in a home which is messy, dirty, stinks or poorly maintained. That is why we take care of our apartments and make sure that dirt and bad smells are not an issue for our guests.
It is not all that hard to imagine what can happen when a serviced apartments supplier has poor hygiene in its residences.
First, it is bad for your image. Having poor hygiene in your apartments and houses will damage your brand and good name. All the challenging work you put in for your guests will be denied by the state in which your houses are. Second, if a matter such as this continues for too long, guests will start to question the quality of your services and may start to get dissatisfied with their stay. This in turn might lead to bad reviews and even more so a negative effect on bookings. This is something you want to avoid at all costs, as it will be hard to restore a damaged image.

Because we believe in high quality and the best service at Residence32, we also pursue good hygiene in all our apartments, homes and in our office. That is why we have a weekly cleaning service, which makes sure everything is clean and spotless.
With our dedicated team of cleaners present every week, guests are ensured to have fresh linen, a clean bathroom and a neat home to live in every day. The most inconspicuous carriers of germs and bacteria, such as remote controls, light switches and headboards are cleaned thoroughly to limit the spread of said carriers. This applies to all our apartments, homes and our office space.
Our team of cleaners is also present between a check-out and a check-in. They refresh the whole apartment or home for the next guest, making sure everything is clean and there is no leftover dirt or waste in the apartment.
All guests at Residence32 receive a waste card upon arrival. With this waste card, they have 24/7 access to special underground waste containers. All waste can be collected and deposited in these containers and because these are underground, it limits the amount of pollution from trash bags. Many of these waste containers are spread around the city of Eindhoven and at Residence32, one is located right in front each of our apartment locations.
